Meadowlands Physiotherapy Offers Direct Billing

Most insurance policies and extended health insurance plans will cover the complete or partial costs of your physiotherapy and massage therapy treatments. Please check your individual plan to confirm your benefits.  Your plan may require you to have a doctor’s referral in order to get coverage, but you never need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist.

If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident please bring all necessary information to your first appointment including insurance info, claim number, adjuster info, and any necessary forms.

Our Rates

Fees for all the services at Meadowlands Physiotherapy are in accordance with Ontario professional fee guidelines. Treatment charges are per session. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Direct billing can be set up with most insurance companies so that you don’t have to pay upfront. Otherwise, you can pay using:

​​Cancellation Policy

We ask for 24 business hours notice for cancellation or changes to your appointment.  Missed appointments will be billed a missed appointment fee unless in cases of emergency, adverse weather or unexpected illness. Contact us now to make or change an existing appointment.
